A Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2009, Mark has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries and has worked in nationally-acclaimed restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego - and now his new home, Hawai‘i.
